Tucows Outsources Global IT Infrastructure to Q9

Toronto, ON - May 17, 2007 - Q9 Networks Inc. (TSX:Q), a leading Canadian provider of outsourced data centre infrastructure, is pleased to announce it has been awarded a comprehensive infrastructure hosting contract by Tucows Inc. (AMEX:TCX, TSX:TC). Tucows, a leading provider of Internet services to web hosting companies, ISPs and other service providers worldwide, is co-locating its primary data centre infrastructure at a Q9 facility and will take advantage of Q9's highly reliable bandwidth to service its global network of more than 7,000 service providers. Tucows has successfully completed the migration of 155 servers to the Q9 facility.
