Q9 Networks Appoints Timothy Jackson to its Board of Directors
Toronto, ON - December 11, 2007 - Q9 Networks Inc. (TSX:Q) is pleased to announce that Timothy Jackson has been appointed as an independent member of its Board of Directors.
Mr. Jackson is a partner at Tech Capital Partners Inc. ("Tech Capital"), a venture capital firm focused on early stage technology companies. Prior to Tech Capital, Mr. Jackson was the Chief Financial Officer and acting Chief Executive Officer of PixStream Incorporated. Mr. Jackson has considerable experience with financial transactions including initial public offerings and corporate acquisitions in many diverse industries. He has also served as a director on numerous corporate boards.
Mr. Jackson has a Bachelor of Arts degree in accounting from the University of Waterloo and is a Chartered Accountant.
