AudienceView Selects Q9 Networks To Host City of Moncton Online and Box Office Ticket Sales

Toronto, ON - August 2, 2006 - Q9 Networks Inc. (TSX:Q), a leading provider of outsourced Internet infrastructure and related managed services, is pleased to announce it has been selected by AudienceView Software Corporation to host a sophisticated ticketing and customer relationship management (CRM) application for the Moncton Coliseum.

Under the terms of the agreement, Q9 is providing a comprehensive infrastructure solution, including physical space in one of its highly secure data centres, managed servers, back-ups and Internet bandwidth.

Owned and operated by the City of Moncton, the Coliseum is home of the Moncton Wildcats, a member of the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League, and hosts a wide variety of cultural, entertainment, and trade shows throughout the year.

AudienceView's fully integrated system will enable the Moncton Coliseum to improve ticketing revenues, while enhancing relationships with customers. The City of Moncton will use AudienceView's technology to sell tickets for the Coliseum, as well as a host of other events around the city, including the 2010 IAAF World Junior Track and Field Championships at their planned 10,000-seat stadium.
