How will Q9 support me?
 
Q9 will work with you before, during and after the sale to ensure a positive experience for your customer, including:
Training for your sales staff to help them recognize a Q9 opportunity and understand the key features/benefits of Q9 offerings. Training is provided at a Q9 data centre and includes a tour of our facilities. Training sessions can also be arranged at a partners' office if required.
Complete sales support to the end-user customer
Complete technical support to the end-user customer
Installation/provisioning of customer within a Q9 data centre
Direct billing of your customer

Is there any financial commitment on my part?
