	Installation of base backup client software to provide backup services for a customer’s file systems
	Initial test of backup and restore procedures
	7 x 24 monitoring and maintenance
	7 x 24 support for restores. Restores coordinated by Q9 NOC
	Backup schedule of 6 incremental daily backups and 1 full weekly backup
	2-week retention period
	Up to one hour of changes or restores per month
