For customers who require more flexibility in the layout of their enclosure, Q9 offers custom-designed cages. Both cabinets and cages are physically secure from neighbouring enclosures. All access to enclosures is logged and controlled through the biometric authentication system.

Q9 offers an environment for managed solutions where customers don't need to physically access their managed servers. The fully managed environment allows customers to fully outsource the management and operation of their Internet infrastructure. Within the managed server environment, Q9 delivers solutions for Internet servers, firewalls, load balancing and back-up/restore.
